I don't know my password!
On May 1st an email was sent out to all GK employees with a 'groundskeeper.com'
email account, that included their personal username and password. If you
didn't get the email, can't find it, or simply don't have the time to look for
it, you can easily reset your password automatically.
Instructions to reset your password:
- Go to
www.gkemployees.net in your
internet browser.
- On the page that comes up, click on the "Reset
/ Change Password Form" link.
- To reset your password, simply enter your
groundskeeper.com email address in the box labeled 'E-mail' and click
the 'Send New Password' button (see below). No other info is needed,
your username and password for the GK Intranet site will be sent to your 'groundskeeper.com'
email address.

How do I change my password?
Well first you need to know your current intranet password, so if you don't know
yours, See the 'I don't know my password!' Section. But if you do
know your password and would like to change it to something that is easier to
remember, just follow the steps below.
Instructions to change your password:
- Go to
www.gkemployees.net in your
internet browser.
- On the page that comes up, click on the "Reset
/ Change Password Form" link.
- To change your password, enter your
username (will be the same as your email address but w/o the '@groundskeeper.com')
in the 'Username' box. (See Below)
- Enter your current password in the 'Old
Password' box (if you don't know your current password, see the 'I
don't know my password!' Section).
- Enter your desired password in the 'New
Password' box.
- Click the 'Modify Password' button.
Your password will be changed and a verification will be sent to your email
address.

I need a username and password!
Every employee of The Groundskeeper with a
groundskeeper.com email address should already have a username and password for
the GK Intranet site. To check if you already have been assigned a
username and password please follow the steps below.
- Go to
www.gkemployees.net in your
internet browser.
- On the page that comes up, click on the "Reset
/ Change Password Form" link.
- Enter your groundskeeper.com email address
in the box labeled 'E-mail' and click the 'Send New Password'
button (see below).

- If you receive the following message:

Your login was already setup, and your username and new password have been
sent to your groundskeeper.com email address.
- If you receive the following message:

You do not have an intranet username setup. Please email
jonh@groundskeeper.com to
request one setup for you. Please note, currently you must have a
groundskeeper.com email address, other email addresses cannot be used.
I don't want to retype my password
every time I go to the GK Intranet!
No problem! Next time you go to enter your
password at the GK Intranet site, check the box that says 'Remember my
password' (see below) and you will not have to enter it again for
that computer. (note, the password will not be saved for other users on
the same computer)
Instructions to Save your Intranet logon info:
- Go to
www.gkemployees.net in your
internet browser.
- Click on a password protected item, such
as the
GK Phone List.
- Enter your username and password in the
password dialog that comes up. (see below)

- Check the 'Remember my password' box. (see
below)|

- Hit the 'OK' button. Now whenever a
password dialog will come up, the username and password boxes will already
contain your information, all you have to do is hit 'OK'.
